You might be surprised to know that after having my first child, I had no idea what to eat, or what exercises to do to feel my best. I was tired of trying to cut our certain foods, and forcing myself to do hours of cardio. Weightlifting
A full-body program that targets all nine major muscle groups.
- Quadriceps

Cardio
A cardio routine that lasts no more than 15 minutes. Initially starting at 10 minutes twice a week, then gradually increasing to 15 minutes five times a week by the six-week mark. You will feel absolutely accomplished by the end of this program!

Recipes to absolutely DIE for!! These protein packed easy to make recipes will quicly become staples in your home. My fave breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts are all listed. Over 25 of mouth watering goodness!
Stretches
This program includes dedicated stretches for each muscle group following every workout. Stretching is so important and will improve flexibility, promote recovery, and reduce the risk of injury. Plus stretching after a workout just leaves you feeling so fresh and vibrant!!

Anywhere between 20 min - 1hr, depending on how many sets you decide to do, and how long your rests are in between each exercise
How long are the workouts?
How do I know what workouts to do each day?
Your workouts have been laid out for you with a weekly schedule. Weightlifting workouts planned for Monday - Friday, and cardio starting 2x/week, then moving toward 5x/a week by the end of the 6 weeks
You will start the first week with a 10 min cardio session and at the end of the 6 weeks will increase to 15 min (because who loves cardio?) haha but if you do, feel free to double it up!!
How long are the Cardio sessions?
Do i need any props or equipment for this program?
You will need:
dumbbells
a water bottle
a mat (optional)
There are over 20 healthy and protein packed recipes that will help you reach your goals. Including breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, and snacks. I wouldn’t call it a nutrition program (as I am not a nutritionist) however these are recipes that I use and love in my home. I have also added a sample weekly meal planner to help you get started with the recipes.
Is there a nutrition program?
Will I lose weight on this program
Losing fat and gaining muscle are completely in your reach with this program! It’s very possible to lose weight in a healthy rate of 1-2lbs a week. Put in the work, eat more protein, complete the workouts and I promise you will see and feel a difference on the inside and outside of your body!!
Here’s the honest truth (and I’m saying this because I care)
If the only thing stopping you from starting a workout program is lack of time, it’s time to let go of the excuses and simply get started!!
I made these workout to range from 20 min-60 min because:
1) you don’t actually need to workout for an hour to see results!
2) 15 min will always be better than 0 min
3) you will NEVER regret a workout, but you WILL regret not trying at all
